Delivery Terms

Order

We only produce to order, we keep no stock for immediate delivery, with minor exceptions. After receipt of your order we will offer you a delivery deadline and agree further details with you (mode of transport, insurance etc.) including issue of a pro forma invoice.
Individual delivery terms may be agreed for permanent customers.

Payment method:

We request payment on goods handover.
Different payment agreements with permanent customers possible.

We are able to make 20,000 pieces of rosaries peer month.

Minimum ordering quantity:

We request minimum 120 pieces peer item, type and color.

Rebate information:

We are ready to provide a 2% rebate in the case of purchases exceeding 1,200 pieces.

The goods are packaged in anti-corrosion paper by 12 pieces and into PVC bags.
Every piece is provided with a label reading Made in Czech Republic with the customer code – on customer request.
The goods are shipped in paper boxes, size: 045m by 028m by 020m.

Transport and transport price:

For transport we usually use Schenker haulier providing air, sea and road transport – on customer request.
The price of transport is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately by the customer.

The customs duty is paid by the customer.
